8.1.2009     Acknowledgement and Escalate Notifications

GSM and CDMA Text Messaging continue to be amongst the most popular optional modules used by Patriot monitoring stations. Now the effectiveness of these options can be further enhanced by adding the Advanced Messaging Module.

With this new module, response staff can acknowledge the receipt of the SMS event notifications automatically generated by Patriot. If Patriot doesn’t receive an SMS acknowledgement from response staff within a predefined period, the notification can be escalated to additional recipients or to an operator.

This feature is invaluable for automated monitoring stations which don’t have operators on duty 24/7. Operating costs can be kept to a minimum while ensuring that despatches are monitored and actioned in a timely manner. Contact sales@patriotsystems.com if you want to know more.
