3.3.2009     Auto Completion for Late to Close Signals

This feature has been provided as a result of input to the Request for Development area of the Patriot web site. Late to Close traffic usually peaks at the busiest times for CMS operators. With this feature enabled, pending late to close alarms will auto complete if a closing signal is received before operators have processed the activation. The potential savings in operator time and call costs make this feature a must-have for busy monitoring stations.

This feature is now available in Patriot Enterprise and is included in the latest build posted on the Patriot website
