* Individually Acknowledge SMS Text Message (GSM).
* Cancel Sending Activation Message, if an opening signal is received within predefined period (Paging, GSM,
  CDMA or Email).
* Only send message to user, if user is on duty (uses schedule to decide if on duty) (Paging, GSM, CDMA, or
  Email) Escalating Messaging (send to next in queue if first in queue fails to acknowledge. Can also create
  attend on fail to acknowledge) (GSM).
